Inside Sales Team Leader – Richmond, VA

Atlantic Management Resources has partnered with a rapidly expanding digital real estate marketplace company.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced sales manager with a proven track record to build their own team.

Sales Team Leader Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership, guidance, and coaching for an inside sales team.
  • Work cross functionally to develop short-term and long-term strategic plans to drive an increased number of sales, opportunities, and leads.
  • Manage team to identify sales targets, competitor influence and information, and penetrate new accounts.
  • Develop, lead, communicate, and manage all phases of the sales process.

Sales Team Leader Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of sales experience with at least 2 years’ experience managing a sales team.
  • Experience in executing programs to increase revenue and market share.
  • Ability to build structure, metrics, and accountability for a sales team.
  • Bachelor’s Degree

Sales Team Leader Salary & Bonus:

  • Base Salary – $120k
  • Bonus to target total income of $200K +++
