Sales Team Leader Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership, guidance, and coaching for an inside sales team.
- Work cross functionally to develop short-term and long-term strategic plans to drive an increased number of sales, opportunities, and leads.
- Manage team to identify sales targets, competitor influence and information, and penetrate new accounts.
- Develop, lead, communicate, and manage all phases of the sales process.
Sales Team Leader Qualifications:
- 5+ years of sales experience with at least 2 years’ experience managing a sales team.
- Experience in executing programs to increase revenue and market share.
- Ability to build structure, metrics, and accountability for a sales team.
- Bachelor’s Degree
Sales Team Leader Salary & Bonus:
- Base Salary – $120k
- Bonus to target total income of $200K +++
