Atlantic Management Resources has partnered with a rapidly expanding digital real estate marketplace company.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced inside/outside sales rep with a proven track record.

Inside Sales Rep Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound phone calls to prospect for new opportunities through cold calling and other proactive outreach methods to develop a sales pipeline and close new business
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and performance metrics
  • Responsible for growing revenue by prospecting new customers and identifying and developing marketing solutions that fit their needs.
  • Advise and sell subscription marketing solutions that will enable customers to achieve their residential real estate marketing goals.
  • Responsible for growing revenue by prospecting new customers
  • Develop strong customer relationships by delivering outstanding customer support through regular communication, sharing valuable insights, and offering appropriate solutions

Inside Sales Rep Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Proven track record of success in a corporate sales environment, exceeding sales targets and meeting all KPIs
  • Minimum of two years in a B2B sales role
  • Proven track record of commitment with previous employers
  • Ability to analyze data and provide strategic insights to customers
  • Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing situations at a high-growth company.

Inside Sales Rep Salary & Bonus:

  • Base Salary – $75K
  • Bonus to target total income – $130K at target, but very open ended (many reps are making much more in commission)
