This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced inside/outside sales rep with a proven track record.
Inside Sales Rep Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound phone calls to prospect for new opportunities through cold calling and other proactive outreach methods to develop a sales pipeline and close new business
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and performance metrics
- Responsible for growing revenue by prospecting new customers and identifying and developing marketing solutions that fit their needs.
- Advise and sell subscription marketing solutions that will enable customers to achieve their residential real estate marketing goals.
- Responsible for growing revenue by prospecting new customers
- Develop strong customer relationships by delivering outstanding customer support through regular communication, sharing valuable insights, and offering appropriate solutions
Inside Sales Rep Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Proven track record of success in a corporate sales environment, exceeding sales targets and meeting all KPIs
- Minimum of two years in a B2B sales role
- Proven track record of commitment with previous employers
- Ability to analyze data and provide strategic insights to customers
- Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing situations at a high-growth company.
Inside Sales Rep Salary & Bonus:
- Base Salary – $65k – $70k
- Bonus to target total income – $130K at target, but very open ended (many reps are making much more in commission)
