Construction Project Controls Manager Job Responsibilities:
- The NYC Project Controls Manager will be responsible for developing comprehensive reporting and tracking tools on multiple projects to present to senior management.
- Responsible for maintaining constant oversight of capital projects, monitoring project performance, and reporting on variances.
- Provide comprehensive program/project reporting including budget, cost planning, schedule, contract compliance, and other metrics as required on a project specific basis.
- Prepare risk reports and updates for project stakeholders
- Continuously explore best practices and new innovative ways to support advancement of project controls and reporting.
- Create innovative solutions to assist project management/delivery teams in understanding their Project’s health, enabling them to make informed decisions.
- Review, assess and develop comprehensive reports on data from a variety of sources/systems
- Oversees the production and maintenance of accurate project schedules.
Construction Project Controls Manager Job Qualifications:
- 8+ years experience managing construction projects in the Hospital/Healthcare setting
- Design build experience
- Excellent quantitative, analytic, and deductive reasoning capabilities
- Effective communicator
- Experience with complex, multi-million-dollar projects a plus.
- Must know Primavera P6.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office & MS Project
- City, State or Federal experience is a plus
- Bachelor’s Degree required
Construction Project Controls Manager Job Salary & Bonus:
- Base Salary: $95K – $115K
- Bonus: Based on individual and company performance
