Pharmaceutical Sales Operations Manager- Responsibilities:

  • Build the infrastructure to support Commercial Team by providing systems and processes to help the company work more efficiently and effectively to increase sales
  • Partner with Commercial Team to identify key product KPIs and metrics
  • Utilize physician data to determine staffing needs and territory configurations
  • Develop, maintain, and distribute field territory maps, and territory alignment documentation
  • Develop forecasting models
  • Generate and deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports evaluating the effectiveness of the

 Pharmaceutical Sales Operations Manager-Qualifications:

  •  Bachelor’s degree required -MBA a plus
  •  Must be working in business analytics or sales operations currently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and complex database management
  • Must be detail oriented and resourceful and be able to manage several projects simultaneously

Pharmaceutical Sales Operations Manager- Salary & Bonus:
• Base Salary: Open depending on background and experience
• Target bonus of $14k, plus equity
