Atlantic Management Resources is proud to partner with an established pharmaceutical company specializing in the licensing, development, and marketing of specialty products.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced pharmaceutical sales professional to transition into a high-profile specialty oncology role, focused specifically on solid tumor cancers.


Position Overview:

As an Oncology Sales Specialist, you will:

  • Engage and communicate with physicians and healthcare professionals in support of approved product indications

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan for your assigned territory

  • Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams including alliance partners, training, managed markets, marketing, sales operations, advocacy, and medical affairs


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5+ years of successful pharmaceutical/biotech sales experience, with at least 2 years in oncology sales

  • Consistent record of above-average performance (award-winning or top-tier annual rankings preferred)

  • Strong work ethic, highly competitive, and driven to succeed


Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base Salary: $140K–$180K

  • Bonus Potential: $45K at plan, but significantly more for top performers
