This is an excellent opportunity for an established Pharmaceutical Sales Manager with experience in Oncology.
Oncology Sales Manager- Responsibilities:
- Manage Key Accounts within assigned region while managing the efforts of Oncology Sales Reps
- Utilize appropriate analytic s to identify sales opportunities for entire team
- Set goals and utilize metrics and key performance indicators to demonstrate impact
Oncology Sales Manager–Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5+ yrs oncology pharmaceutical sales experience
- At least 3+ years of managing an oncology sales team
- Key Account sales experience
- Must have documentation of success
- Bachelor’s Degree is required
Oncology Sales Manager–Salary & Bonus:
- Base: $200k to $230k.
- Bonus: $55k – $60K@ plan.
- Company car & Long Term Incentive Plan
