Atlantic Management Resources has partnered with a cutting-edge medical technology start-up to expand their sales force. We are seeking an experienced First-Line Sales Manager to lead a dynamic team in bringing innovative healthcare solutions directly to physicians’ offices. This is an exciting opportunity to make a tangible impact on children’s health while advancing your career in a high-growth company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a sales team generating new business opportunities to contribute to overall company growth.
- Coach and mentor the sales team to foster strong, lasting relationships with physicians and their staff, driving new business.
- Oversee a team of 5 Sales Reps across the US, with plans to expand to 8 reps.
- Actively manage, motivate, and coach individual sales reps, including field visits and joint calls.
- Collaborate with the current sales and management teams to develop strategies that exceed sales objectives and enhance team performance.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in managing sales reps who target physicians and their staff.
- Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills to overcome challenges and drive positive results.
- Passion for healthcare and a commitment to improving patient outcomes, particularly in children’s health.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel across the US.

- Base Salary: Competitive and dependent on experience, with uncapped commission potential.
