This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Marketing Manager with a track record of crafting and executing innovative marketing strategies in fast-paced environments.
Position Overview:
We’re seeking a hands-on, creative, and strategic Marketing Manager to develop and implement marketing initiatives that drive sales, brand awareness, and business growth. This individual will work closely with the sales team, executive leadership, and external partners to build targeted campaigns and engaging content.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to support growth and sales goals

Partner with the sales team to create targeted campaigns, case studies, and sales enablement tools

Manage relationships with external creative consultants and internal teams

Translate complex, technical product information into clear, engaging content for digital, social, and PR channels

Draft and manage social media posts, press releases, and marketing communications

Design and support sales presentation materials and customer-facing collateral

Drive lead generation and account-based marketing initiatives
Qualifications:
-
Proven marketing experience with a track record of success

2+ years of marketing experience, ideally within a start-up or small business environment

Strong interest in healthcare and a passion for improving patient outcomes

Experience supporting sales teams with content, lead generation, and campaigns

Exceptional writing and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify technical content

Must be comfortable in a hybrid role, with at least 3 days per week in the Manhattan office
Compensation & Benefits:

Base Salary: $125K – $145K OTE
