Customer Success Specialist – Medical Technology Start-Up (NY, FL,GA, or TX)
Atlantic Management Resources is partnering with a forward-thinking medical technology start-up to expand their team. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced customer facing professional to engage with healthcare professionals and build relationships that directly impact children’s health through innovative medical solutions.
Role Overview: The Customer Success Specialist will be responsible for building strong relationships with medical practices, gathering valuable feedback on products and services, and driving customer satisfaction. This role will be critical in ensuring the success of solutions in healthcare settings and enhancing the customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Regularly visit medical practices to gather feedback on products and services, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying areas for improvement.
- Develop and nurture relationships with physicians and healthcare staff, becoming a trusted advisor for their accessory needs.
- Track and report on customer satisfaction metrics and feedback trends, using data to drive strategic decisions.
- Provide exceptional support to medical professionals, helping them fully understand and leverage our products to improve patient outcomes.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in customer success, client relations, account management, or sales, preferably in the healthcare or medical field.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build rapport and trust with medical professionals.
- A genuine passion for healthcare and a desire to make a positive impact on patients’ lives.
- Willingness to travel regularly to medical practices within the assigned region.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- English/Spanish Bilingual is a plus
Salary & Benefits:
- Base Salary: $85k – $105k (depending on experience)
- Total On-Target Earnings (OTE): $130k – $150k
- Benefits: Pre- IPO Equity in the company, expenses, and comprehensive company-sponsored health plan.
