Tiffany Shay is an Assistant Recruiter/ Office Manager with Atlantic Management Resources (AMR). Her focus is placing sales professionals in the pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical arenas on a nationwide basis while overseeing the daily operations of the office.

Tiffany attended Raritan Valley Community College, where she received an Associates in Business Administration.  Before joining Atlantic Management, Tiffany worked in banking for 25 years.  Her exceptional customer service skills and her ability to multitask have enabled her to quickly transition into her new role.  Tiffany maintains the basic functions of the office while assisting AMR’s recruiters in their searches for top-notch candidates.

 During her free time, Tiffany enjoys spending time with her 2 children, family and friends.
