Chelsea Rutherford is a Junior Recruiter with Atlantic Management Resources (AMR).  She focuses on matching a candidate’s needs to their ideal new opportunity in pharmaceutical, biotech and medical sales.

Chelsea received her Bachelor’s degree at Rutger’s University and a Master’s degree in Human Resources from Montclair State University.  After spending ten years as the General Manager at a quick-service restaurant, Chelsea wanted to utilize her skills in a new industry and recruiting has been a seamless transition.  Her time-management, ability to delegate tasks and interpersonal communication skills help her to find the best candidate for a variety of sales and management positions.

In her free time, Chelsea enjoys binging on Bravo shows, traveling to see friends, and taking care of her cat Kitty.
